Philadelphia a city known for its culinary delights welcomes a family rooted in Southern cuisine. Rev. Dr. J. Henry Buck and his wife Jennifer, are in high demand with the launch of Southern Flames BBQ take-out foods. While Rev. Dr. Buck is known for his authentic Baptist preaching and community advocacy, he and wife Jennifer revealed their passion for cooking and smoking sumptuous food.
Since March 2020, the Philadelphia community has enjoyed amazingly tender and mouth-watering pork ribs, BBQ chicken, tempting potato salad, southern kale and collard greens, big Mama’s baked beans, mouthing watering mac and cheese and apple raisin coleslaw just to name a few of our delicious food items.
